Bourbon Bar Presents
9pm-12am / FREE
Guitarist/singer/songwriter Daniel Pellegrini records and performs both as a solo acoustic artist and with his hard rock project, Pellegrini. His original songs are heavily influenced by the dominant rock sounds of the 80's, and are at once a surprising dose of nostalgia and modern interpretation delivered by the young, long-haired force of nature.
Daniel released his first self-titled EP in June 2016, a rock cover and video of the popular UK holiday song "Walking in the Air" in December 2016, and is currently finishing up a full-length album with co-producer Jay Pinto of Nervesauce Music in Redmond, WA. The new CD will be released in late Spring 2017. Learn more at pellegrinimusic.com.
After a successful, but unsatisfying career in software development, Joseph Dane dropped out of the corporate life in 2012 and moved to Mexico to focus on music full-time, becoming the lead singer of a classic rock band, and performing solo with his guitar, while continuing to pursue his life-long obsession with Latin music. During this time, his songwriting developed its characteristic style – thoughtful, but playful lyrics with a fun, mellow vibe, a Latin rhythmic feel, and soulful vocals.
After almost 4 years of traveling around Mexico and the US, Joseph has returned to the Pacific Northwest to bring his warm, tropical-influenced sound to a northern audience.
As been a vibrant voice in the Seattle scene for the past year mainly performing with her full band, Lauren Murphie and the Sodo 4. For this acoustic set, she will sing alongside Adam Montgomery on the baritone ukulele as they perform a stripped-down version of their new album, 777.
